Products and descriptions

Our products are digital PDF crochet or amigurumi patterns. They are instructions, not finished physical items. We aim to describe each pattern accurately, including the digital format and what the customer receives.

Prices and payment

Store prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless a localized currency is shown by Shopify. Any applicable taxes and the final total are displayed before payment. Orders are accepted after payment is successfully authorized.

Digital delivery

Download access is normally provided after payment confirmation. Please see our Digital Delivery Policy for timing and troubleshooting information.

Permitted use

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchased pattern files are licensed to the buyer for personal use. You must not copy, upload, share, redistribute, resell, or publish the PDF or substantial parts of its instructions. Any permission to sell finished handmade items is governed by the license stated on the relevant product page or inside the pattern.

Accuracy and skill results

Finished results can vary according to yarn, hook size, tension, materials, substitutions, and individual skill. Product photographs are illustrative, but the supplied digital pattern must materially match its description.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Prohibited use

You must not use this website for unlawful activity, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe intellectual property rights.
