Refund Policy

Digital products

Crochet Club sells downloadable PDF crochet patterns. Because these are digital products delivered shortly after purchase, we generally do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds once a download link has been issued or the file has been accessed.

When we will help

Please contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase if:

• you received the wrong file;
• the file is corrupted or cannot be opened;
• the pattern is materially different from its product description;
• you were charged twice for the same order; or
• a refund or other remedy is required by applicable consumer law.

Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. We may first provide a corrected or replacement file or technical assistance. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. Consumer rights may continue to apply beyond the 14-day contact period where required by law.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Financial institutions may take additional time to display the funds after Shopify processes the refund.
