Digital Delivery Policy

No physical shipping

All products sold by Crochet Club are digital PDF pattern downloads. We do not ship physical products, and no delivery or shipping fee is charged for these digital items.

Delivery timing

After payment is successfully confirmed, the download link is normally shown on the order confirmation page and/or sent to the email address entered at checkout. Delivery is usually immediate, but automated emails can occasionally take up to 30 minutes.

If your download does not arrive

1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
2. Confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
3. Wait up to 30 minutes after payment confirmation.
4. If the link is still missing or does not work, email us with your order number.

We aim to respond within two business days and will resend or replace a valid download link when appropriate.

Access and compatibility

You are responsible for using a device and PDF reader capable of opening PDF files. If the supplied file itself is defective or materially different from the description, please see our Refund Policy.
